The law firm began operations in 1994. Prior to that, Michael Daniels practiced as a solo practitioner CPA, offering financial review and audit, computer and business consulting and tax compliance and tax controversy services.

Soon after receiving his admission to the State Bar as a Lawyer in 1994, the business practiced under one umbrella, the Law Offices of Michael David Daniels (which later incorporated). While still offering tax controversy and tax compliance services, the firm began to offer a wide variety of other services, such as legal defense, business contracts and dispute resolution, computer consulting, and court appointed expert services.

Being able to draw from over 30 years of business, legal and CPA experience has proven to be of great benefit to our clients in connection with any of their matters. The firm primarily focuses on tax related compliance and controversy and business formation services.

Currently the staff consists of Desiree Jenkins, Sue Palmeri and Silvia Lorenzana.

Desiree focuses on tax compliance and preparation and client relations.

Sue focuses on bookkeeping and accounting, business management, tax audit and appeals, and legal support issues.

Silvia is the Administrative Assistant in our Rancho Mirage office. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounting, and client management.
